Close to city center (5 min by car). Quality meals (breakfast and dinner). Large rooms. Good noise insulation, quiet rooms without noise from rooms next door.
Not so friendly staff in the restaurant. Room poorly cleaned, and even after calling the maid's attention she didn't care and was rude. Hotel was full and breakfast milk was diluted with water!! Indoor swimming pool isn't big enough for hotel's full capacity; there were 8 long chairs around the pool for about 50 people! Pool facilities are old and not so well maintained.

We enjoyed the pool and found the experience to be very relaxing. The staff was very helpful and we appreciated them speaking English with us.
Parking was very inadequate for a hotel of this size. This should be improved. For a hotel whose staff speaks English fluently, there were very few English shows on the television. Most were actually in Spanish with a little German, French, and Portuguese.

Particularly good and excellent setting, I had very very good time.
i spent 3 nights here and liked that. located in the excellent zone, it was a good base for holidays. the breakfast was large, it had excellent meals. the rooms were reasonably large and the bathrooms were large. the service was good, that made the hotel great modern and great relaxing place. besides, my parking was outside.

The hotel swiming pool is not for hotel gests only, its open to general public, so there is to much people, and the hotel guests usualy dont have a chair so seat . The internet its not free the hotel ask for 20 euros a day for using it! Because the hotel as a public gym, there are a lot of people entering in the hotel from outside. It's not a quiet hotel and its far from city center.

The two swimming pools and the relaxed environment together with the good restaurant made the stay very enjoyable.
The standard double twin room was small and without a sitting area (one chair). The beds were uncomfortable and the bed linen not of good quality.

The facilities at the hotel were good but it's extra to use the gym, indoor pool requires a cap which is 6EUR.
The hotel is a bit old, the common areas are fine, but the rooms need an update.

Great hotel five minutes from the walled city of Evora. The room was spotless and comfortable and the breakfast was great. Very pleasant place to stay.

A well appointed hotel on outskirts of town. Pool area is beautiful with bar nearby. Free car parking in large open air park at hotel.
Breakfast was very average. Hotel is located out of town so you really need a car to get there. However if you are aware of this the overall experience is good value.

Recommend it for couples seeking relaxation
The room was spacious and had a cozy feel, couldn't ask for more comfort. Plus, we had a lovely bottle of wine as a gift for staying, really thoughtful touch from the staff.
It wasn't exactly cheap, but worth it enough for a special getaway.

The indoor and outdoor pools are good, the restaurant is also quite good and not so expensive.
The mattress could be better and the shower was just a regular shower.

Room was a good size even with extra bed & overlooked the pool. Staff very friendly & helpful. Good size outdoor pool & free use of the indoor pool & jacuzzi which my 12 year old daughter loved. Prices in the bar & restaurant reasonable for a 4 star hotel. Great place to relax & unwind.
A bit far out from the town of Evora. Needed to drive if going out for dinner.

The staff, the rooms, the hotel as a whole.
The hotel is perfect, it is just that it is far away from the city centre. Of course, with a car the problem can be solved.

Its proximity to the city without being in the actual heart...convenient and quiet. Plenty of parking. Awesome gym...like being in an actual gym, not in a hotel. Spacious rooms with comfortable beds.
Food at restaurants was lacking quality. I would have expected more healthier options at the "healthier-named" pub. The buffet at the 2nd restaurant looked like it had been sitting out for a while.
